Obverse description Right-facing diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II occupies the upper central field, with the engraver's initials IRB beneath the truncation. The design features a bold Cubist-inspired geometric background of radiating faceted planes in high relief, with a stylised architectural chair or throne motif centered below the portrait. The legend ELIZABETH II is incused diagonally at left, NIUE ISLAND diagonally at right, the denomination 50 DOLLARS appears at lower centre, with Pt 999 at lower left and the date 2022 at lower right. The Czech Mint mark appears at the bottom of the field.

Reverse description The reverse depicts the monumental entrance gate of the Ďáblický hřbitov (Ďáblice Cemetery) in Prague, rendered in a stylised Cubist architectural manner consistent with the original design by Czech architect Vlastislav Hofman. Two symmetrical octagonal pavilions flank a central gateway, with decorative latticed panels above; the cemetery grounds are suggested in the background through geometric patterning. The inscription ĎÁBLICKÝ HŘBITOV is divided across the upper field by the central axis, and VLASTISLAV HOFMAN appears in two lines at lower centre. The mint mark and the designer's monogram are visible in the lower field.
