| Obverse description | The sixth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, designed by Jody Clark, occupies the centre of the dodecagonal flan in right-facing portrait. The Queen is depicted wearing the George IV State Diadem, pearl drop earrings, and a pearl necklace, rendered with fine detail characteristic of the proof finish.
