| 备注 |
Quintanar de la Orden is a small municipality in Toledo province, and like hundreds of Spanish towns during the Civil War, it issued its own fractional paper currency in 1937 to offset the near-total disappearance of metal coinage from circulation. The Republican government's inability to distribute small change forced local authorities — ayuntamientos, trade unions, cooperatives — to print their own. Most were produced on whatever paper stock was locally available, which is why survival rates vary so dramatically within a single series.
The Gari Montllor catalogue remains the primary reference for these emergency municipals, and the B suffix here indicates a distinct variety within the type — likely a paper or color variant rather than a reissue.
