Descrizione del dritto	Black letterpress on a pale pink ground, with the text arranged within a decorative floral border frame. The Catalan coat of arms with supporting lower branches is printed in pink at centre, surrounded by the full text of the municipal obligation. The layout is strictly typographic with no pictorial vignette, the floral border providing the principal ornamental element.

Descrizione del rovescio	Pink letterpress on an uncoloured paper ground, the entire surface covered by an elaborate symmetrical acanthus-scroll and foliate border design. At centre, the face value numeral '50' with 'CENTIMS' below is set within a guilloché roundel enclosed by a cogwheel motif, flanked on each side by large symmetrical foliate vignettes. The validity legend is inscribed along the lower margin, and a serial number appears in the upper right corner.
