| Obverse description | The Venezuelan national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting a quartered shield with a white horse in the lower section, a sheaf of wheat and crossed flags and weapons in the upper quarters, and a cornucopia to the right. The legend REPUBLICA DE VENEZUELA arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 50 CENTIMOS, date 1954, weight GR. 2.5, and silver fineness LEI. 835 are inscribed along the lower periphery, all separated by raised dots. The design is rendered in fine relief with a beaded border running along the entire circumference. |
