| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in dark brown on a pink guilloche underprint, with a classical architectural border of paired columns and rope-work at the sides. At the top centre, the municipal coat of arms of Le Tréport — bearing a sailing vessel and the motto SEQ INF ULT PORTUS — is set within a scrolled cartouche flanked by decorative wheat sheaves, beneath a ribbon banner carrying the issuer's title. The denomination value "50" appears in large numerals in each lower corner, while a large pink-rose underprint numeral "50" occupies the centre field behind the serial number and two manuscript signatures above the series letter and serial number at the foot. |
