Two heraldic shields appear at left and right within the border — the left bearing the caduceus emblem of commerce, the right an anchor — both rendered in red-orange; the signatures of the President and Treasurer appear below the denomination, with series number and designer credit 'Marius SIMON' at lower corners. |
