| Obverse description | Printed in blue on a light blue guilloche underprint, the obverse carries the issuer's title in a decorative cartouche at the top centre, flanked by foliate vignettes at each corner. The large denomination numeral "50 CENTIMES" occupies the centre field, with the value "0.50" repeated in circular medallions at left and right. Two manuscript signatures appear below, attributed to Le Président and Le Trésorier respectively, with the issue date "25 MARS 1915" enclosed in a scroll at the foot. |
