The large denomination legend CINQUANTE CENTIMES is printed in bold red letterpress across the centre, overlaid by a pale blue guilloche monogram, with the series reference and document number at the lower left and right respectively; the entire field is covered by a fine typographic underprint repeating the text CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE CETTE. |

The central field displays a pale blue guilloche underprint repeating the issuer's name, over which the diagonal legend CINQUANTE CENTIMES is printed in large blue letterpress script. Two manuscript signatures appear — that of the President at the left and the Treasurer at the right — with the redemption clause printed in black letterpress above and below the signatures. |
