A deliberation notice dated 11 August 1915, approved by the Ministers of Finance and Commerce, is set in the upper right quadrant. The large denomination legend CINQUANTE CENTIMES is printed in bold red letterpress across the centre, overlaid by a pale blue guilloche monogram, with the series reference and document number at the lower left and right respectively; the entire field is covered by a fine typographic underprint repeating the text CHAMBRE DE COMMERCE DE CETTE. |

The central field displays a pale blue guilloche underprint repeating the issuer's name, over which the diagonal legend CINQUANTE CENTIMES is printed in large blue letterpress script. Two manuscript signatures appear — that of the President at the left and the Treasurer at the right — with the redemption clause printed in black letterpress above and below the signatures. |
