| 正面描述 | Printed in orange-red on white paper, the obverse is framed by a zigzag guilloche border with decorative bow vignettes at the upper corners. The centre carries the municipal coat of arms of Bolbec, supported by two winged allegorical figures flanked by laurel branches, with the serial number printed in black at the foot. Signature lines for the President of the Chambre de Commerce and the Treasurer appear to either side of the central vignette, with the denomination '50 Centimes' set in a bold ribbon cartouche at the top. |

| 备注 |
Bolbec, a textile town in the Seine-Maritime, was among the hundreds of French provincial chambers of commerce authorized to issue small-denomination emergency currency after the wartime coin shortage proved stubbornly persistent well into the peace. The Chamber's notes were printed by Les Papeteries de Normandie — a paper mill operation rather than a specialist security printer — which was unusual even by the loose standards of the monnaie de nécessité issues. The watermark was the mill's own, repurposed as a security feature of convenience.
JP#29.3 à 4 covers two plate variants within the series, distinguished by minor typographic differences.
