| Obverse description | Green guilloche underprint covers the entire note, with an ornate floral and scroll border. The denomination '50 CENTIMES' is printed in large bold letterpress type at centre, above a circular vignette at bottom centre enclosing a view of the Maison des Rois de France, a historic Gothic building in Bergerac. The issuer's name appears in the upper cartouche, with signature lines for Le Président and Le Trésorier flanking the central vignette, and the printer's imprint at lower left and lower right. |
