正面描述	Central device consists of the national coat of arms of Rwanda, featuring a shield decorated with a knot motif, flanked by a sprig of sorghum to the left and a branch of coffee to the right, with a sun above the shield and a knotted rope forming the base. The country name legend REPUBLIKA Y'U RWANDA arcs along the upper interior of the arms, while the motto UBUMWE - UMURIMO - GUKUNDA IGIHUGU appears on a ribbon at the base. The denomination legend AMAFARANGA MIRONGO ITANU appears divided to the left and right of the arms in the field, with the large numeral 50 prominently displayed below the coat of arms.
