| Beschrijving voorzijde | The note is framed by an ornate border with classical caryatid figures standing at each lateral margin. At centre, the Soviet state emblem of the Azerbaijan SSR appears as a large guilloche underprint vignette flanked by the bilingual denomination in Cyrillic and Arabic script. The upper panel carries the issuer's name in Arabic calligraphy, while the lower register bears the full name of the republic in Cyrillic. Two facsimile signatures of the People's Commissar of Finance and the Cashier, together with the dual-calendar year 1921/1339, appear above the lower inscription band. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse is dominated by a large central cartouche enclosing the numeral 50000 in bold print with the word РУБЛЕЙ above and below. To the left, the denomination reads ПЯТЬДЕСЯТ ТЫСЯЧ РУБЛЕЙ in Cyrillic, and to the right the equivalent اللى بين منات in Arabic script. The issuer's name in Arabic script arches across the upper portion, while АЗЕРБАЙДЖАНСКАЯ•СОЦИАЛИСТ•СОВЕТСКАЯ•РЕСПУБЛИКА runs in a straight band near the lower margin. Repeating denomination strips in both scripts border the top and bottom edges, and the left margin carries the Proletarian slogan vertically. |
