| Obverse description | Central field depicts a detailed relief of Pha That Luang, the iconic gilded Buddhist stupa of Vientiane, rendered in fine detail with its tiered spires, surrounding wall, and ceremonial gateway. The black mirror-polished field provides strong contrast to the frosted architectural relief. The curved legend 'Bank of the LAO PDR' arcs across the upper field in Latin script. The fineness mark 'Ag 925' appears vertically at the left, and the denomination '50000 Kip' together with the date '2025' flanked by dots is inscribed in the lower exergue.
