Two ornamental ribbon banners arc across the top and bottom of the vignette, each bearing the issuer's name 'Landesbank der Rheinprovinz' flanked by foliate sprigs. Below the central frame, a three-line payment clause in Fraktur script names Düsseldorf and the date 15 September 1923, followed by a manuscript signature of the General Direktion. To the right, a vertical side panel repeats the denomination in letterpress, with a circular embossed seal of the Rheinprovinz bearing the Prussian eagle, and the series designation 'Reihe 7' printed in red-brown. |
