| Obverse description | Printed in brown on cream paper, the obverse is framed by a decorative border with cross motifs at each corner and foliate scroll ornamentation. The denomination is rendered in large blackletter (Fraktur) script — "Fünfzig Milliarden Mark" — beneath the header "Gutschein über". A three-line redemption clause in Fraktur states acceptance by all Bremen state treasuries, followed by the date "Bremen, den 26. Oktober 1923" and the issuing authority "DIE FINANZDEPUTATION:", accompanied by a circular official stamp and two manuscript signatures with a printed serial number to the right. |
