At upper centre, a crowned double-headed eagle without crown (republican style) is flanked by decorative sprigs, beneath the Cyrillic inscription СѢВЕРНАЯ РОССІЯ (Northern Russia) and the year 1919. The central text panel carries the title ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ КРЕДИТНЫЙ БИЛЕТЪ (State Credit Note) and denomination ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ (Five Roubles) in bold letterpress, with two manuscript signatures and a serial number repeated twice. |
