The central text panel carries the title ГОСУДАРСТВЕННЫЙ КРЕДИТНЫЙ БИЛЕТЪ (State Credit Note) and denomination ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ (Five Roubles) in bold letterpress, with two manuscript signatures and a serial number repeated twice. |
