| 正面描述 | A double-headed eagle vignette is centred on the note, flanked by large numeral «5» denominational figures set within ornate scrollwork frames on each side. A Cyrillic heading inscription arcs across the upper field identifying this as a temporary credit bill of the Astrakhan Treasury, with the denomination in Cyrillic lettering below the eagle. Two manuscript signatures of treasury officials appear at the foot of the note, with printed role designations indicating the Minister of Finance and the Treasurer. |

| 备注 |
The Astrakhan Treasury issued its own emergency notes in 1918 as central authority collapsed across the Volga-Caspian region. These regional obligations were a direct consequence of the Bolshevik seizure of power disrupting the supply of Provisional Government and early Soviet currency to peripheral areas — local bodies simply printed what they needed to keep transactions moving.
Astrakhan held out as a contested city well into the Civil War period, changing hands between Red and White forces. Notes from this treasury were typically redeemed, repudiated, or destroyed in short order, which accounts for the relative scarcity of survivors across the entire S443 series.
