Reverse description The central field of the reverse displays the denomination numeral in Burmese script above the denomination name, both set within an elaborate wreath of symmetrical acanthus-style scrolling foliate ornaments that encircle the entire inner field. The date in Burmese numerals appears at the base of the design, beneath the denomination inscriptions. The decorative floral sprays, rendered in fine relief, are composed of interlocking curvilinear vines and blossoms typical of Burmese decorative arts. No issuer legend appears; the overall composition is contained neatly within the scalloped coin border.
