| Obverse description | Plain field bearing all-Arabic inscriptions arranged in concentric registers within a beaded inner circle, itself surrounded by a reeded border. The legend 'جمهورية مصر العربية' (Arab Republic of Egypt) arcs along the upper periphery. The large numeral '٥' (5) is prominently displayed in the center of the field, flanked on either side by the Hijri date '١٤٤٠' and the Gregorian date '2019'.
