Obverse description	Outer pearl border encircles the entire field, within which a twisted rope circle frames the central denomination numeral '5' in large raised relief. The issuer's legend 'BREMER LAGERH.-GES.' arcs across the upper portion of the annular field between the pearl rim and the rope border, while 'BREMEN' appears along the lower arc, each separated by a five-pointed star at either side. The design is utilitarian in character, consistent with German Notgeld emergency coinage of the early 1920s.
