Three facsimile signatures of board members appear along the lower portion, with names and titles printed beneath each. |

The main inscription states that the note is redeemable at face value after the emergency and will not be devalued or discriminated against, followed by the same text in Filipino (Tagalog). An additional warning against counterfeiting is printed in both English and Tagalog at the foot of the panel. |
