Flanking the arms are sprigs of oak on the left and olive on the right. The numeral '5' appears on a ribbon below the shield, with the denomination ПЕРПЕРА inscribed on a rectangular tablet beneath. The date appears in the exergue, and the Cyrillic legend КРАЉЕВИНА ЦРНА ГОРА curves along the upper periphery within a beaded border. |
