| Description de l’avers | Central field bears the large interlaced royal cypher of Charles XI (CC) beneath a royal crown, surrounded by the Latin legend DOMINVS PROTECTOR MEVS. A small oval countermark of Charles XII (CC XII) has been applied to the right side of the field, authenticating and revaluing the host coin. The date of the host coin appears in the lower field, below the crowned cypher. The overall composition retains the baroque style of late 17th-century Swedish coinage, with the countermark punched clearly and deliberately into the obverse. |

| Description du revers | Three Swedish crowns arranged in a triangular formation dominate the field, consistent with the arms of Sweden. The denomination numeral 5 appears to the left and the abbreviation ÖRE to the right, with the currency abbreviation S·M (Silvermynt) below the crowns. The mintmaster's initials AS or HZ appear in the lower field depending on the host coin's date of issue. The design is characteristic of the simplified Swedish öre coinage of the late 17th and early 18th centuries. |
