| Obverse description | Central device depicts the Estonian coat of arms comprising three leopard-lions passant in pale, arranged vertically one above the other within the field, rendered in bold relief after the heraldic tradition. The date of issue is split across the field, with '19' to the left and '24' to the right of the central armorial design. The coin is bordered by a continuous inner ring of raised beads, with a plain raised rim encircling the whole.
