November 1918', the authorising legend 'Der Kreis-Ausschuss des Kreises Erkelenz', and three manuscript signatures below; a red-printed serial number prefixed 'No' appears at the top centre, with the letters M-A-R-K distributed vertically in ornamental cartouches along both side borders and the figure '5' repeated at the corners. |
