The lower portion carries the issue text, place and date 'Crefeld, den 21. Oktober 1918', the Oberbürgermeister's manuscript signature, and a red letterpress serial number with letter prefix at the foot, with the printer's imprint 'Worms & Lüthgen, Crefeld' in the lower right margin. |
