The numeral 5 appears in large letterpress print at the lower right, with the bank title in Cyrillic running vertically along the right margin and two signature lines — Управител and Главен Касиер — at the lower right. |

A central stylised female figure in traditional costume — drawn from Milev's celebrated icon-influenced works — is surrounded by serpentine forms, floral elements and geometric patterning typical of his Art Nouveau and Symbolist style. The numeral 5 and the denomination inscription appear at lower left, with the bank title in Cyrillic along the left vertical margin and the forgery-warning legend in script at the upper left. |
