| Obverse description | Crudely cast irregular rectangular planchet with chamfered corners. At center, the large numeral '5' is displayed within a raised square cartouche, beneath which a sword is depicted in the field. Surrounding the central cartouche, the legend is distributed across five raised rectangular blocks: '1799' above, 'Cassier' to the left, 'Milit.' to the right, and 'KR' in each of the two lower diagonal corner panels. The overall execution is characteristic of an improvised military siege emergency issue, with rough and irregular relief throughout. |
