| Obverse description | Imperial Russian double-headed eagle displayed with wings spread, each head facing outward and surmounted by a single imperial crown, with a larger central crown above bearing a cross finial. The eagle's breast bears an escutcheon depicting St. George and the Dragon. The left talon holds an orb and sceptre, the right talon holds a laurel branch. The mint mark 'КМ' appears below the eagle's tail.
