Reverse description The reverse features a centrally placed Ionic order column, a prominent monument located in the city of Kerch, with ancient coins of Panticapaeum depicted above the column's capital. To the left of the column, set against a townscape, stands the Church of St. John the Baptist, a landmark dating to the 10th–14th centuries. To the right, a staircase ascending the Mitrydat hill is rendered in detail. Semicircular inscriptions in the upper and lower fields read КЕРЧ and 2600, commemorating the city's 2,600th anniversary.
