| 背面描述 | The reverse displays the bold denomination numeral '5' occupying the upper left portion of the field, accompanied by a lower-case italic 'h' to its right, denoting halierov. The characters are rendered in a large, clear sans-serif typeface that nearly fills the entire coin surface, with no additional legend or decorative elements. The minimalist design reflects the utilitarian character of this small-denomination wartime zinc coinage. |

Slovakia's wartime zinc coinage was a direct consequence of the cleite metal shortages gripping the Nazi-aligned Slovak State after 1939. Base metal substitutions across the smallest denominations reflected both the demands of German war procurement and the new republic's limited monetary infrastructure — the Slovenská národná banka had only been established in 1939, weeks after Slovak independence was declared under German pressure.
KM#8 is one of the shortest-lived types in the series; production effectively ceased as the war turned and raw material allocation tightened further after 1942.
