| Beschrijving voorzijde | Draped bust of Queen Anne facing left, her hair elaborately dressed and tied with a ribbon, engraved in high relief by John Croker. The effigy displays fine classical portraiture characteristic of early 18th-century English coinage. The circumferential legend reads ANNA·DEI·GRATIA· with the word VIGO prominently inscribed in the lower exergue, commemorating the capture of Spanish silver at the Battle of Vigo Bay in 1702. The inner border features fine milled dentilation. The overall design conveys regal authority through the queen's composed profile and richly rendered drapery. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | Four crowned shields arranged in cruciform pattern, separated by sceptres and orb, with a Tudor rose at the centre. The shields bear the arms of England (three passant guardant lions), Scotland (rampant lion), France (three fleurs-de-lis), and Ireland (harp), representing the pre-Act of Union heraldic arrangement. Small crowns occupy the angles between the shields. The circumferential legend MAG·BR·FRA·ET·HIB REG·17 03· encircles the design, with the date split on either side of the uppermost shield. |
