| Popis rubu | Four crowned shields arranged in cruciform pattern, separated by sceptres and orb, with a Tudor rose at the centre. The shields bear the arms of England (three passant guardant lions), Scotland (rampant lion), France (three fleurs-de-lis), and Ireland (harp), representing the pre-Act of Union heraldic arrangement.
