| Obverse description | Vertically oriented note printed in blue ink on plain paper stock, with Chinese text arranged in columnar format reading right to left within a rectangular inner border decorated with floral and foliate ornamental motifs. The central text field carries the issuing authority, denomination, and date of issue in formal script, while a red seal impression occupies the upper left corner. The date and serial number are placed along the left margin outside the inner border, and the overall composition follows the traditional Chinese banknote letterpress format of the late Qing period. |
