| Beschrijving voorzijde | The heading 'VILLE DE LILLE — BON COMMUNAL' runs across the top of the note above the central letterpress text block, which carries the denomination 'CINQ FRANCS' in bold type, the guarantee inscription 'Garanti par la Ville', and a reference to the Délibération du Conseil Municipal of 31 August 1914 as approved by the Prefect of Nord. The alphanumeric series reference 'HH.56' and a serial number appear in the upper register within a simple guilloche border, with the printed signatures of the Receveur Municipal and the Maire positioned below the central text. The printer's imprint 'L. DANEL À LILLE' is set at the foot of the note. |
