The alphanumeric series reference 'HH.56' and a serial number appear in the upper register within a simple guilloche border, with the printed signatures of the Receveur Municipal and the Maire positioned below the central text. The printer's imprint 'L. DANEL À LILLE' is set at the foot of the note. |
