A broad polished silver border surrounds the insert, decorated at the lower rim with a series of small engraved four-leaf clover motifs interspersed with stars. The circular legend BETTER AN OUNCE OF LUCK THAN A POUND OF GOLD runs along the upper periphery, and the date 2011 is inscribed at the base between the clover ornaments. |
