| Beschrijving voorzijde | The coat of arms of the Republic of Palau occupies the central field, depicting Neptune seated and holding a trident, accompanied by a mermaid, both set within a decorative shield flanked by ornamental borders. An outrigger canoe with a paddler appears above the shield. Eight five-pointed stars are arranged in a semicircle around the left and right periphery of the field.
