| Beschrijving keerzijde | Heart-shaped flan featuring a polychrome applied design depicting two cherubic infant figures seated facing one another in the central field. The left figure is rendered as a small devil, with horns, a pointed tail, and a trident, while the right figure is portrayed as an angel with feathered wings, both executed in warm naturalistic colors. The whimsical legend GOOD HEAVENS! is inscribed in script lettering below the figures in the field, and the date 2007 appears in the lower central area. |

Palau's marine-themed silver program, launched in 1992, was among the earliest Pacific island collector series to embed actual organic material into struck coins. The "Good Heavens!" issue incorporated a small holographic element — part of a broader run exploring optical effects at a time when holographic foil technology was being aggressively marketed to world mint clients. Palau itself has no domestic mint; production was contracted to a European facility, almost certainly in Germany or Austria.
KM#153 belongs to a cluttered but genuinely popular series. The holographic insert distinguishes it from the earlier flat-printed issues in the same program.
