| Description du revers | Central gilt figure of Our Lady of Lourdes standing in a frontal, full-length pose with hands joined in prayer and a rosary draped over the forearms, set within an arched Gothic-style architectural recess rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. Flanking the figure are symmetrical branches of stylised foliage, each set with inlaid red Swarovski crystals simulating roses, totalling seven stones. The papal coat of arms appears in the lower right field. The inscription LOURDES arcs along the lower portion of the field, with the commemorative dates 1858-2008 directly below, marking the 150th anniversary of the apparitions at Lourdes. |
