| Beschrijving voorzijde | The obverse is divided into distinct quadrants by bold geometric lines. In the upper left quadrant, the crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II faces right, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished proof field, with the engraver's initials below the truncation. To the right, a vertical rectangular panel bearing the legends ELIZABETH II, NIUE ISLAND, and 5 DOLLARS is set against a deeply recessed black field. The date 2020 appears in the lower left field and 1920 in the lower right field, separated by a vertical band of chevron-pattern relief. The lower half of the obverse is occupied by an elaborate low-relief decorative pattern of stylised foliate scrollwork, while the Czech Mint mark appears in the lower right area. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse depicts a dramatic scene commemorating the 1920 homecoming of the Czechoslovak Legionnaires. In the foreground, a heavily armoured military train — the legendary legionary armoured train — is shown in motion, rendered with fine mechanical detail. Behind and above it, a large ocean-going vessel carrying the returning Legionnaires is depicted crossing the sea toward their homeland. The composition conveys both the overland and maritime aspects of the Legionnaires' return journey. The Czech legend NÁVRAT LEGIONÁŘŮ DO VLASTI (Return of the Legionnaires to the Homeland) and the date FZ 1920 appear prominently in the field. |
