Aanvullende informatie

Issued to mark the May 2023 coronation of Charles III — the first British coronation in seventy years — this is one of a coordinated wave of commemorative gold proofs released simultaneously across Commonwealth mints. New Zealand's entry uses the new Coronation portrait by sculptor Martin Jennings, his first coinage portrait, distinct from the standard Jody Clark effigy that had appeared on circulation coinage since 2015.
