Serial number printed in small serif typeface on top left and right on either side of bank logo. Five digit serial number without leading zeros recorded. Denomination in numerals on left side `V` `FIVE` and right side `5` `DOLLARS`. Date hand written apart from first two digits of the year `18_` -date completed by hand. Hand signed at bottom of note by three signatories.
