| Reverse description | The reverse presents a centrally inset depiction of the original 1961 Kuwaiti 100 Fils coin in antique silver finish, inscribed with '١٠٠ فلس' (100 Fils) and 'KUWAIT' in Latin script. The surrounding gold-plated field is adorned with interlacing arabesque and floral ornamental patterns within concentric horizontal band borders. The upper arc carries a lengthy Arabic commemorative legend referencing the sixtieth anniversary of the issuance of Kuwaiti currency, while at the lower portion a circular emblem of the Central Bank of Kuwait is centrally positioned, flanked by the date '٢٠٢١' (2021) to the left and '١ أبريل' (1 April) to the right. The Arabic denomination 'خمسة دنانير' (Five Dinars) is inscribed along the lower rim. |
