背面描述	The large numeral 5 dominates the central field in bold serif relief, with the denomination CORDOBAS inscribed immediately below in capital letters. The motto EN DIOS CONFIAMOS arcs along the upper periphery, flanked by a small five-pointed star at each end. The Sandinista revolutionary slogan PATRIA LIBRE O MORIR curves along the lower periphery, likewise punctuated by stars, completing the circular border legend.

附加信息	Nicaragua's 1987 coinage was issued during the Sandinista government's losing battle against hyperinflation, which would eventually render the entire córdoba series worthless within years. By 1988, the government introduced the "new córdoba" at a rate of 1,000 to one, effectively wiping out the face value of this coin before most examples had seen meaningful circulation — which is why survivors in better condition are not unusual.
