Descrizione del rovescio	Printed in dark green on beige paper. The centre of the reverse is dominated by a vignette of the Nicaraguan Coat of Arms — a triangle enclosing five volcanoes beneath a radiating sun — set within an elaborate engine-turned guilloche framework. Large ornamental numeral '5' counters appear at left and right within interlocking lathe-work rosettes, with the denomination cartouche at the foot and the bilingual bank title across the top.
