| Obverse description | The complete coat of arms of Belize occupies the central field, flanked by two human supporters and surmounted by the country name legend. The shield displays crossed tools over a sailing vessel in base, and the entire device is enclosed within a laurel wreath. A ribbon scroll below the shield bears the national motto in Latin, with the date inscribed beneath in the lower field. A continuous beaded border frames the design at the rim. |
